Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. For more details, see our FAQ page.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select products or order amounts.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain countries may have restrictions on electric bikes or batteries. Customers should confirm local regulations before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

Address Changes
