We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, please review the following terms and conditions for returns.
Order Cancellation
- Once your order has shipped and you receive a shipping notification, it cannot be canceled.
- If you wish to cancel after shipment, you must follow our return process below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Products must not be altered, damaged, or fitted with third-party or aftermarket parts.
- Any product not meeting these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
- Package the product securely in its original sealed box and packaging materials.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it is complete and undamaged, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- The purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear in your account.
