Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (location dependent)
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Freight Shipping (bikes & large items): 10–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method selected.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order amounts.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can monitor the progress of your delivery using the carrier’s tracking system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please review your details carefully before checkout.
